Shipping Policy

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

- Postage: Customers are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of receipt.

How to Return an Item

  - - Place the item(s) in the original packaging.
  - - Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

- Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@bangladeshiwarehouse.com.au and send your item to the return address mentioned above.
